INSALATA DI MONDIOLA CON RADICCHIO TREVIGIANO (MONDIOLA AND TREVISANO RADICCHIO SALAD)

Serves 4 people

  • 1 head of Trevisano radicchio
  • 10 gr Mondiola
  • 50 gr walnut kernels
  • 80 gr peeled and toasted almonds
  • 2 green apples
  • Olive oil, salt and apple vinegar to taste

 

Directions

Cut the Mondiola and the radicchio into strips, roughly grind the almonds and walnuts, peel and finely slice the apples.  Combine all the ingredients and dress them with olive oil and apple vinegar. Serve it as a starter.
