- 500 gr ricotta cheese
- 200 gr boiled farro
- 100 gr parmesan cheese
- 16 slices of linchetto
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together and blend them well. Lay the slices of linchetto down and put a small quantity of stuffing in the middle of each one using a spoon. Roll the slices closed and tie them with chives (or parboiled leek). Serve on toasted bread slices.
