FAGOTTINI DI LINCHETTO CON RICOTTA E FARRO (LINCHETTO WITH RICOTTA CHEESE AND FARRO)

Serves 8 people

  • 500 gr ricotta cheese
  • 200 gr boiled farro
  • 100 gr parmesan cheese
  • 16 slices of linchetto

 

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together and blend them well.  Lay the slices of linchetto down and put a small quantity of stuffing in the middle of each one using a spoon.  Roll the slices closed and tie them with chives (or parboiled leek). Serve on toasted bread slices.
